Project at a glance: In October 2023, Camerafrica Consultants Ltd provided comprehensive 360-degree support for the Teach for All Global Conference held in Nairobi, Kenya. As a global network spanning dozens of countries, the conference required world-class execution to connect international leaders under the theme “Learning from Africa: Developing Students as Leaders.”

Project at a glance: The assignment required a comprehensive analysis of the regional education landscape, stakeholder interviews, and critical advocacy mapping to ensure proper positioning of RELI within the sector. Camerafrica facilitated member engagement that resulted in a robust strategic plan currently guiding the organization operations.

Project at a glance: Camerafrica was engaged to review the 2021-2025 strategic plan of the Zizi Afrique Foundation in the context of the evolving post-COVID-19 education landscape. The assignment included an in-depth political economy analysis of Kenya’s education reforms and a gap analysis of the Secretariat's milestones. Leveraging expertise in big data analysis, Camerafrica provided critical insights that have since strengthened the foundation’s strategic brand positioning as a thought leader.
